MHF third sector event to discuss Marmot

Alongside its other Department of Health Strategic Partners, the Men’s Health Forum is organising an event to enable the third sector to respond to the Marmot review.

Marmot's team‘Marmot and the Third Sector:  Addressing health inequalities together’ will take place at the Congress Centre in central London on 9 March. It offers a unique opportunity to learn about the implications of the review for the third sector and to respond directly to Sir Michael Marmot about his review,  due to be published on 11 February. (It will be available for download from www.ucl.ac.uk/marmotreview)

The meeting will be opened by the minister for public health Gillian Merron MP and keynote speakers include Professor Sir Michael Marmot himself and Mike Farrar, the chief executive of NHS North West.
