'Ask The Doctor' available online now

The European Men's Health Forum has announced two pioneering new websites that will enable men across Europe to ask questions about their prostates and sexual health matters such as erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation.

All questions to Your Prostate (4.7MB version) will be answered by a highly qualified health professional. But as well as helping the men who take up the offer, the Forum will use what they say to produce a report to help professionals and policy makers deal with men's prostate-related healthcare.

Malehealth questions (www.malehealthquestions.eu) works in a similar way but is available in 12 languages. It is designed to allow people to ask questions about any aspects of erectile dysfunction or premature ejaculation in an anonymous setting and, again, to have their questions answered by highly qualified health professionals.

MHF is a member of the EMHF and MHF CEO Peter Baker called on British men to seise this opportunity. 'This is a chance to deal with whatever's concerning you about your prostate or about premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction and to have a genuine conversation online with a health professional through a genuinely independent site.'

MHF websites editor Jim Pollard added: 'these are among the topics we are most frequently asked about on malehealth. We know a lot of men would like to ask a doctor online about these subjects - now is their chance.'
