Challenge Cards

The challenge cards feature a series of health challenges for men based on the key issues for the week plus information explaining why it is important to rise to these challenges.

The cards will be distributed through partner organisations and this website. Registrants can get a free box of 1,500 on a first come, first served basis. Then while stocks last, they are available free in bulk to registrants representing not for profit or NHS organizations. Free samples are available to commercial organisations but larger orders must be paid for. Full details on request using the box below.

The cards can be used in tandem with the mini-manual Challenges and Choices, also produced specially for this year's Men's Health Week.
