Each year between 1,500 and 3,000 people in Britain develop occupational asthma. (Including asthma made worse by work, this rises to 7,000 cases a year.)
Back Pain
The most common form of ill health disorders at work.
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (or ME)
This affects some 250,000 people in Britain and is usually work-related.
Musculo-skeletal disorders
These are the most common occupational illness in Britain, affecting 1 million people a year.
