Get online with free internet courses at White Hart Lane

Spurs are in the champions league when it comes to men's health and backing the local community.

To coincide with this year's Men's Health Week, older men in Tottenham are being offered a free seven week Introduction to the Internet course.

The iMen50+ course begins Friday 17 June 2011 at 10.00am at the Spurs Learning Zone, Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, N17 0AP. 'We'll be guiding beginners in a fun way to surf to internet,' said Spurs health and wellbeing manager Maria Abraham.

The course will teach you to:

• set up an email account,
• search a specific topic of interest,
• browse the best summer holiday deals,
• find trustworthy and reliable health information and even
• research your family tree, find old school or army friends.
• work with digital photos and send them onto your family and friends.
